2. Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Return 

Before returning the product(s), kindly notify us via email (theseedsnatural@gmail.com) within 3 working days and include the following:

1. Your full name and address
2. Order number and date received
3. Name of product(s) and quantity
4. Reason for returning the product(s)

Once you have received our reply, please package the product(s) carefully, include a copy of the invoice, and ship back to us within 7 working days. Kindly notify us via email (theseedsnatural@gmail.com) the following:

1. Order number
2. Courier company
3. Tracking number
4. Bank details (bank name, bank account no. and account holder name)

We will not be responsible if the product is lost during shipment. Refunds will be made for the original purchase price of the product(s) that arrive back in original and good (undamaged and unused) condition. After our inspection and confirmation, refund will be made within 7 working days.

The customer will bear all the shipping fees and the cost of returning the product(s). 

2.2 Non-Returnable and Refundable

 We do not accept return and refund of samples packages, test batches, made-to-order soap and discounted products. Products which are not in its original and good condition are not refundable.

The Seeds Natural has made every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information and recommendation concerning the use of any product or ingredient appearing on this website. By using our website and the information herein all consumers do so at their own risk. If you have questions about your use of a product, kindly review the labeling on the product and/or consult a physician. 

Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about our products are approximate only. All images used on our website are representations for your information only and not necessarily representing true images of that product.

4. Disclaimer

Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend customers to test our products first by using them on a small area of skin for 24 hours. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use. The information presented on this website is not meant to diagnose or treat any medical condition or to replace the advice or care of a qualified health professional.

The only personal information we collect on this site is your name, address and email address. All information you provide is kept in strict confidence and will never be sold or given to a third party for any reason.

The Seeds TK Enterprise does not have access to credit card numbers. Only the credit card processing company has access to this information to complete the checkout process.
